The undersigned state that - as they requested - was held at the Ministry of Labour, in the presence of political authorities thereof, a meeting of the Board of Directors to assess the situation of crisis in the 'Institute.
E 'must point out the sensitivity of the representatives of the Ministry for the fate of INAIL and thank them for having allowed the dispassionate examination of the various positions.
The undersigned have deemed appropriate, for the greater good of the Body, to accede to the invitation to make an effort to find a way out without, however, give up their own opinions and not contradict their beliefs.

It is mutually agreed: a) to resume the activities of the Board, addressing the most urgent and important;

b) to consider this initiative just in case a temporary and provisional;

c) of preparing a government college Institute based on choices with a unanimous consent; d) of the agenda of the Board's arguments that are the result of shared determination.
