By sending a copy of the agreement signed yesterday, with which you identify both the "objectives" of productivity than those of special projects, it should inform you briefly of the reasons that are upstream of the signature itself:
a) the need to formalize the special projects in order to permit the payment of 'deposit with 27 cm and the following balance;
b) of need was identified for the setting of targets relating to productivity in order to "legitimize" the down payment received in July and thus guarantee the payment of the balance.
The above in order to prevent any further exceptions by the Board of Auditors had already occurred.
